asked the Minister for Labour whether he intends the scheme run by RACE, County Kildare, through the aegis of FÁS, to continue in the current year; if FÁS have sufficient funding to allow the training scheme to continue; if funds can be channelled to the scheme through the external training programme; if he will exercise the power given to him by way of legislation to determine whether the RACE project can continue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
