The acceptance of the tender recommended by Louth County Council for this scheme was approved by my Department on 11 November 1987. The commencement of the scheme is, therefore, a matter for Louth County Council.
The transfer of the site from the North Eastern Health Board to Louth County Council is a matter for the parties concerned and I have no function in this regard.
