I would refer the Deputy to the reply to Question No. 88 on 22 March, 1988, in relation to the capital allocations to individual housing authorities for their housing construction programmes in 1988.
Having regard to the capital available under the Public Capital Programme this year for such housing, it is not possible, at this stage, to approve the scheme, referred to by the Deputy.
