Vol. 379 No. 6

Written Answers. - Tax Free Allowance.

61.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will investigate the problem being experienced by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 regarding his tax free allowance of £105.00 per week which he feels inadequate as he is a married man and there is no other income coming into the house; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that the taxpayer has been accorded all personal allowances and reliefs for purposes of PAYE to which he is entitled for the current year.
