I move:
That notwithstanding the provision in Standing Order 51 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business that no member shall reopen a discussion on a question already discussed during the preceding six months, the motion for the second reading of the Intoxicating Liquor Bill, 1988, may be moved on 26th April, 1988."
