I propose to take Question Nos. 109 and 110 together.

Evidence relating to this property was presented at the public inquiry into Kildare County Council's application for approval to the proposed Leixlip/Maynooth/Kilcock motorway scheme. I will give my decision on this application next month. In view of my quasi-judicial functions in regard to this application, it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the matters referred to by the Deputy.
