asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to persons (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The receipt of additional information requested from the applicant is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The receipt of additional information requested from the applicant is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will expedite same as the applicant is on bridging finance.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in having a final inspection carried out in respect of a new house grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, where the application was made in 1987 and all works have been completed and passed.

There has been no undue delay. An inspection was carried out recently but the house was not occupied. A further inspection will be carried out when the applicant notifies my Department that he is in occupation of the house as his normal place of residence.
