asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has satisfied himself regarding the results being achieved by the IDA with its present land bank sale; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 20 and 23 together.
The sale of IDA land and properties is a matter for the day-to-day administration of the Industrial Development Authority and is not a matter in which I have a direct function. I understand, however, that the IDA's programme for the sale of land and properties is proceeding on target and the IDA is confident that the figure of £5 million will be achieved.
