I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees as may be prescribed by the Minister for Communications under any Act of the present session to prohibit broadcasting in the State save under and in accordance with a licence issued by the Minister for Communications and to amend and extend the Wireless Telegraphy Acts, 1926 to 1972, and the Broadcasting (Offences) Act, 1968, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
