I move:
That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Air Navigation and Transport Bill, 1987, that it has power to make provision in the Bill for the implementation of the 1988 Montreal Protocol to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aviation done at Montreal on 23rd September, 1971, and the amendment of the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946, and the Free Ports Act, 1986.
