Limerick West): A firm of auctioneers was appointed by my Department to dispose of the former married quarters site at Cathal Brugha Barracks. It was publicly advertised for sale by private treaty and a sale was agreed on 12 May 1988. It would be contrary to established practice to disclose the sale price.
