My Department have still under consideration a large number of applications for assistance under the capital grant scheme for the provision of recreational facilities. It is too early to say, at this stage, when all the remaining funds available will be allocated. The school project mentioned in the second part of the Deputy's question would not qualify for assistance as the scheme in question is restricted to projects undertaken by voluntary community organisations.
