(a) There was no official development assistance from Ireland to Vietnam in 1987.
(b) Statistics in regard to aid flows through non-Governmental agencies are not available.
(c) The total value of EC assistance to Vietnam in 1987 was 2.58 million ECU or £2 million approximately.
