Vol. 382 No. 10

Written Answers. - Headage Grants.

84.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason headage grants due to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim for 1987 have not been paid; in view of the fact that all relevant documentation has been supplied to his Department; and if he will arrange for payment of same.

The person named has supplied documentation in relation to only part of the period queried but if he now supplies a letter from his Inspector of Taxes regarding his off-farm earnings (if any) during each of the two tax years ended 5 April 1987, then his 1987 claim for headage grants can be processed further.
