Vol. 383 No. 3

Written Answers. - Limerick School of Music.

145.

asked the Minister for Education if she will make a statement regarding the status of the Limerick School of Music; and whether it will be granted either third level status or second level status for the appropriate administrative structures for a school of its Size.

A proposal that the School of Music in Limerick be granted a second level type staffing structure was submitted to my Department by the City of Limerick Vocational Education Committee. This proposal is currently under consideration by my Department and it is hoped to convey a decision in the matter to the committee as soon as possible.
