I think item No. 26 must be taken first. This was opposed just prior to the summer recess and I understand from the Bill's Office that it is to be taken this evening for a five minute proposal and a five minute response from the Minister before the health motion is taken.
Yes, that is in order now. Deputy Shatter will have five minutes to present his case and the Minister opposing may sum up for five minutes at a later stage. I would propose to afford spokespersons from other parties an opportunity to intervene for five minutes also.
