As individual producers applying directly to the Department did not indicate to whom they were delivering milk, the information requested is not available on a creamery by creamery basis.
While I understand that approximately 1,300 applications have been made to my Department so far, it is not possible to indicate the number of gallons involved until further checks are carried out in the matter.
