These premises are at present under the control of the Commissioners of Public Works. I understand that the commissioners are having tender documents in connection with the leasing of the premises prepared. When these are ready tenders for the use of the premises will be invited by public advertisement.
All proposals received including those of the local fishermen will be given full consideration.
