asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange payment of the final instalment of a mortgage subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
The fourth instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid as soon as possible. The fifth and final instalment of the subsidy will be paid when the applicant submits the claim form duly completed and certified by the lending agency.
