I have one personal assistant attached to my office, seconded from Dáil Éireann. The terms and conditions attached to her employment are in accordance with those set down by the Department of Finance for appointments to this grade.
I have engaged the services of a public relations consultancy firm and the expenditure to date in the current year in respect of services provided by this firm is £20,625, paid by way of an all inclusive monthly retention fee.
I also have available to me the advice of the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board who is on secondment from that office. He is not however attached to my office.
