Vol. 383 No. 6

Written Answers. - Cork Health Services.

37.

asked the Minister for Health if it is his intention to visit the Cork hospitals and evaluate for himself the present state of the health services in the region.

Officials of my Department meet with officers of the Southern Health Board and the Cork hospitals once or twice every week and keep me fully informed of developments. I myself have regular meetings with the chairman and chief executive officer of the health board and am well informed about health services in the region.
