asked the Minister for Education, in respect of the EC, if she will indicate (1) the title and nature of any proposed or draft directive which affects her Department and its responsibilities, (2) the title and nature of any existing directive which affects her Department amd its responsibilities and (3) the approximate timetable in which proposed or draft directives are likely to come into effect; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

asked the Minister for Education the action which has been taken within her Department and with any semi-State companies or authorities under her aegis to establish a committee to review 1992; if, in respect of such a committee, she will give (1) the representative membership (2) the number of persons on the committee, (3) the frequency of meetings and (4) the way in which they report to her; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
