asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the action which has been taken within his Department and with any semi-State companies or authorities under his aegis to establish a committee to review 1992; if, in respect of such a committee, he will give (1) the representative membership (2) the number of persons on the committee (3) the frequency of meetings and (4) the way in which they report to him; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
