asked the Minister for Finance in respect of the EC, if he will indicate (1) the title and nature of any proposed or draft directive which affects his Department and its responsibilities, (2) the title and nature of any existing directive which affects his Department and its responsibilities and (3) the approximate timetable in which proposed or draft directives are likely to come into effect; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

asked the Minister for Finance the action which has been taken within his Department and with any semi-State companies or authorities under his aegis to establish a committee to review 1992; if, in respect of such a committee, he will give (1) the representative membership, (2) the number of persons on the committee, (3) the frequency of meetings and (4) the way in which they report to him; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
