I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration with absolute title (based on adverse possession) which was lodged in the Land Registry on 7 May 1984. Such applications usually involve complex legal issues. In this particular case an objection to the registration of the application has been received by the Land Registry. The application and the objection are under consideration at present but it is not possible to say if or when registration will be effected.
