I have had inquiries made of the South Eastern Health Board and I have been informed that St. Vincent's is currently being renovated for use as a day care centre for the elderly, community care headquarters for the Tipperary town area and as a sector headquarters for the Tipperary west psychiatric service. The renovation work is nearing completion and the health board hope to commission these facilities in early January next.
