Vol. 384 No. 5

Written Answers. - State Bodies Statistics.

51.

asked the Minister for Finance in respect of (i) Irish Life (ii) Agricultural Credit Corporation and (iii) the Industrial Credit Corporation for the latest available year; (a) the total wages and salaries (b) the average number of employees (c) employers' social insurance contributions and (d) employers' superannuation contributions.

The annual reports of these three companies set out the relevent financial and other details which are published in accordance with the Companies Acts. It would be inappropriate for me to ask the companies to reveal additional information of the type requested, which other companies in the State are not required to give.
