I have approved in principle Dublin Corporation's application for funding under my Department's remedial works scheme in respect of the refurbishment of these flats. Preliminary documentation for an initial phase of 96 dwellings which was recently received from the corporation is being examined and my decision in the matter will issue as soon as possible.
