My Department have agreed in principle to grant-aid the updating and extension of Aghabullogue national school, County Cork. This school's application for an allocation from the capital to be made available in 1989 to my Department for its national school building programme is under consideration in conjunction with applications from other schools in a similar position. The school authorities will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
