I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees in respect of the functions of Building Control Authorities and An Bord Pleanála in matters related to building control as may be prescribed by the Minister for the Environment by order, regulation or direction under any Act of the present session to provide for the establishment of building control authorities and the making of building regulations and building control regulations and to provide for matters relating to the construction of buildings.
