asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the Land Commission will divide a mountain commonage for a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and the reason for the delay in having this matter finalised.

The application for the division of this commonage is at present under examination.

106.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the mountain commonage at Droumlusk, Blackwater P.O., Killarney, County Kerry will be divided for persons (details supplied); whether he will take steps under the Land Act, 1939 to divide this commonage having regard to the fact that there is only one objector; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

This case is at present under investigation.
