I was not aware of the application until I received the Deputy's question. Since then, my Department have made inquiries and I understand that the application in question was made to my colleague, the Minister for Finance, and has been acknowledged. It is further understood that the Department of Finance are considering referring the application to my Department. When this happens, the matter will be considered.
