asked the Minister for Justice the number of people who have been prosecuted in each of the last three years for selling alcoholic drinks to under-age children.

The information sought is not available in the form requested by the Deputy. However, information as to the number of prosecutions for the supplying of or selling of drink to persons under 18 years is published in the Garda Commissioner's Annual Report on crime, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library.
