The person concerned holds a road passenger licence to operate a weekend service on the route between Dublin and Kilrush serving various points in County Clare. The licence is valid until 22 March 1989. The question of renewal of the licence beyond that date, with certain modifications as requested by the licensee, is under consideration in my Department and a decision on this matter will be made as soon as possible.
