I move:
That for the purpose of any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Garda Síochána Acts, 1923 to 1979, it is expedient to authorise the payment of fees to An tArd-Chláraitheoir in respect of searches of, and the provision of copies of entries in, the Garda Síochána Deaths Register Book and the Garda Síochána Births Register Book to be maintained by An tArd-Chláraitheoir under that Act.
