Central Bank Bill, 1988: Financial Resolution.

I move:

That, for the purpose of any Act of the present session to amend and extend the law relating to the Central Bank of Ireland, the Decimal Currency Acts, 1969 and 1970, and the law relating to certain financial transactions and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to make provision for the fixing by the Minister for Finance, after consulting the Central Bank of Ireland, of the fees to be charged by the Central Bank of Ireland and for the disposal of such fees.
