asked the Minister for Communications the number of persons in each case (a) charged, (b) convicted summarily and (c) convicted on indictment for each of the past ten years, for an offence against section 51 of the Post Office Act, 1908; in each case, the number of people so charged or convicted who were remunerated out of public funds or were members of a public body or agency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
