asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the general Knockanore area of County Waterford is being considered for inclusion in the disadvantaged areas scheme; if so, if it has been assessed; and, if not, when it will be assessed.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the Barony of Gaultier area of County Waterford is being assessed for inclusion in the disadvantaged areas scheme; if so, it has been assessed; and if not, when it will be assessed.

I propose taking Questions Nos. 59 and 61 together.

Agricultural officers of my Department have surveyed all the lands submitted for survey in Knockanore and the Barony of Gaultier in County Waterford.

The second part of the survey of these two areas will be carried out by Land Commission inspectors in July-October 1989 as planned.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the Fenor/Dunhill area of County Waterford is being considered for inclusion in the disadvantaged area scheme, if so, if it has been assessed; and if not, when it will be assessed.

Agriculture officers of my Department have surveyed all of Fenor and half of the townlands in Dunhill that were submitted for survey. They should complete their task in Dunhill within a forthnight.

The second part of the survey of these two areas will be carried out by Land Commission inspectors in July-October 1989 as planned.
