My Department provides financial and other support for a number of organisations and bodies dealing with young people who have come in conflict with the law. A proposal seeking financial assistance on behalf of this project has recently been received and is being examined by my Department. As soon as that examination is completed arrangements will be made for a meeting between the promoters and officers of my Department to discuss the matter.
