Vol. 388 No. 10

Written Answers. - Tax Refund.

53.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will examine the case of persons (details supplied) in Dublin 12 and arrange for any remaining tax refund due to be paid without further delay.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the Inspector of Taxes who deals with the taxpayers' affairs has not received an application from the taxpayers for a repayment of tax. The inspector will write to the taxpayers for the details necessary to review their liabilities so as to ascertain if any refund is due.
