asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in dealing with an application for installation aid grant submitted by a person (details supplied) in County Laois; and when the grant will be paid.

This application cannot be further processed until the information requested of the applicant's solicitor has been furnished.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in payment of an installation grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

This premium has now been paid.

96.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a headage grant payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The deceased father of the person named is still registered as herd-owner but when the person named and his brother submit documentary evidence of ownership of lands their joint applications for cattle headage and calf premium schemes grants will be considered further.
