Fees and related expenses totalling £13,345.64 were paid or are liable to be paid by my Department to Carr Communications in the period to April 1989, for advice and services in relation to public relations/information on the part of my Department. In addition, Carrs were paid a total £10,811.17 in relation to the preparation of video material and in connection with the preparation of information and annual reports.
