Vol. 389 No. 4

Written Answers. - County Kerry Land Division.

103.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in officially dividing the mountain commonage at Minard West, Lispole PO, County Kerry where there is complete agreement between the local people involved (details supplied), particularly in view of the fact that the boundaries are fenced, wired and the lands are partly ploughed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The division of this commonage has now been finalised and the shareholders have been put into occupation of their defined allotments.
