Written Answers. - County Dublin School Insulation.

82.

asked the Minister for Education the plans, if any, she has to insulate St. Margaret's national school, County Dublin against the noise which is being created by the change of wavebands to facilitate the new runway at Dublin Airport; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

My Department's professional advisers have been requested to furnish a report and recommendation on the works required to insulate St. Margaret's national school, County Dublin against the noise expected to arise from the proposed new runway at Dublin Airport.

When the report has been received and examined a decision regarding grant assistance will be conveyed to the school authorities at the earliest possible date.
