In view of the extensive range and variety of legislation in the health area it would not be practicable to reply on the basis of an examination of the entire statutory framework relevant to the health services.
I would refer the Deputy to the Index of Statutes, 1922-1982, and Supplements to the Index for the years 1983 to 1985 which are available in the Oireachtas Library. However, if the Deputy were to indicate a specific legislative code I would be prepared to supply the details requested.
