asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce to which member of Government the Taoiseach has given responsibility for the implementation of the Community regulation setting up European Economic Interest Groupings (EEIG's); and if he has satisfied himself that the necessary legislative and administrative arrangements to implement this important directive will be in place by 1 July 1989 when it comes into force.
