Vol. 390 No. 1

Written Answers. - Ministerial Regulations.

112.

asked the Minister for the Environment whether any legislation sponsored by his Department and passed by the Houses of the Oireachtas requires the issuing of ministerial regulations before becoming fully operational; the date of the passage of any such legislation; and the present position regarding the preparation of the regulations required.

It would not be practicable, having regard to the time available and the extent of legislation for which my Department are responsible, to compile the information requested by the Deputy. However, if the Deputy is interested in a specific code of legislation, I would be happy to supply the information requested on receipt of the relevant details.
