asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that at a meeting of Clonmel Borough Council on 2 May 1989 a motion was adopted calling on him to expedite the passage of legislation necessary to effect the extension of the Borough of Clonmel; and his intentions in this regard.
