Vol. 390 No. 2

Written Answers. - St. Patrick's Hospital, County Roscommon.

69.

asked the Minister for Health, in the event of the closure of St. Patrick's Hospital, Castlerea, County Roscommon, where the staff will be relocated; and whether any of them will be redeployed to other health boards.

The question of the allocation of staff arising from the development of psychiatric services in County Roscommon is the subject of ongoing discussions between the Western Health Board and representatives of the staff involved. The staff of St. Patrick's hospital are being kept fully informed on all aspects of the proposed reorganised service.
