Business of Dáil.

In relation to item No. 1 and notwithstanding the Order of the Dáil this morning, the following arrangements shall apply:

(1) The speech of any Member on Second Stage debate shall not exceed 15 minutes and the Taoiseach shall be called on to conclude the debate not later than 8.50 p.m.;

(2) The proceedings on Second Stage debate shall be brought to a conclusion, if not previously concluded, at 9 p.m. and the Committee and remaining Stages shall be brought to a conclusion, if not previously concluded, at 9.30 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only amendments set down by the Taoiseach.
